SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

All items offered on BeeMineGifts are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time, to ensure the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that this is also the reason we are able to offer such competitive pricing on our products.

Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, Local Post, etc.

Orders are processed once payment is accepted.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES

During busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA might extend a few days longer.

Below are the estimated production and US shipping times for our products:

2-10 Business Days Production + 10-25 Business Days Shipping: Apparel, Poster, Mug, Canvas, Blanket
3-10 Business Days Production + 10-25 Business Days Shipping: Ornament, Keychain, Stocking, Garden Stake, Metal Sign, Wood Sign (Door Sign), Key Hanger, Decorative Mat, Passport Holder, Luggage Cover, Graduation Stole
5-10 Business Days Production + 10-25 Business Days Shipping: Fluffy Slippers, Sweatshirt, Remembrance Collar Sign, AOP Sweatshirt, Acrylic Plaque, Candle Holder, Photo Frame, Tumbler, Pillow, Camping Tarp, Watch

Please note:

The above time frame only applies to orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame offered above. However, these time periods are approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
Large orders (Canvas, Poster): These cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply due to size and weight.
When your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, it just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided, but you have not received it, we are not responsible for any loss. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
